Ally Ford, veteran yoga teacher from Tampa, Florida is returning to Explore-Yoga in the Shreveport/Bossier area for a 2013 200-hour Yoga teacher training! If you’ve thought about becoming a yoga teacher or would simply like to deepen your own practice, this program will help you refine your skills and gain a better understanding of yoga philosophy and how it applies in today’s world.
Ally Ford’s teacher training program is registered with Yoga Alliance© and has successfully graduated over 100 students in the Tampa Bay Area. Now Ally is bringing her amazing talents to North West Louisiana. Upon completion of this program you will hold a 200 Hour Certification from Yoga Alliance © in Vinyasa and Ashtanga based yoga!

If your schedule allows, a month-long intensive is an incredible opportunity to immerse yourself in studies with minimal interruption. Practicing Ashtanga-based yoga six days per week over a one month period allows you to experience the benefits of daily practice and sets a strong foundation for life.
All programs include asana practice, pranayama, mind-body journaling, group conversation, reading and written assignments, chanting and guided meditation. Above all, our goal is to provide the knowledge and resources for you to deepen your practice and understanding of yoga.
