This exclusive, private group class focuses on breath, bandhas and creative flow to emphasize core strength and concentration. It is a 60 minute powerful class that will leave you feeling longer, stronger, rejuvenated and more open in the hips, shoulders and chest.   • 12/12 Saturday 9:00am-10:30 Led Ashtanga 1/2 Primary
  • 12/13 Sunday 7:00am-9:00am Mysore-style Ashtanga and Sunday 9:30am-11:00am Led Full Primary

Private Classes (available upon request)

One-on-one sessions or sessions for small groups can be arranged with Ally at a studio, in the privacy of your own location, or at special events. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, private classes are helpful to address your specific needs. All private sessions are one hour unless otherwise specified. Please contact Ally directly for scheduling and pricing information. References available upon request.

If you are new to yoga, a minimum of 5 sessions is suggested, meeting at least once a week. This gives you ample time to experiment with the techniques and begin to incorporate them into your daily routine. As with anything, time and a commitment to practice is required to see results.

Cancelation Policy
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give 24-hours notice or payment for the session is still due. If you are given less than 24-hours notice, you will receive a full refund.
